Maximise Window Action

image\Action_Window_Maximize.jpg

The Maximise Window action allows you to maximise a particular window that the publication (or part of the publication) is being displayed in.

Note:

When a window is maximized it will open the window to the size of your screen. If the page size is smaller than the size of the window, it will appear in the centre of the page with the rest of the window showing the Surround Colour set in the Options tab of the Publication Properties dialog.

Setting up the Maximise Window action:

  1. Add the Maximise Window action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. The Maximise Window tab will automatically appear when you add the action.

  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Select window to maximise option to select the window you want to maximise. By default the main publication window is displayed in the field.

Note:

The drop down list will contain only the names of the Chapters in your publication that have been set to Display in New Window in the Windows tab of its Properties dialog.

3. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.
