Publication Search dialog box

The Publication Search dialog box contains a list of all the words you have indexed in the publication. Below is an example of a Publication Search dialog:

Use the Enter the keyword to find box to search for a word or phrase. The box below will display the nearest word to the word you typed.

Use the Select a keyword box to search the list for a word or phrase using the scroll bar to move up and down the list. The index is listed in alphabetical order.

When you have found the keyword you want, the Select a page box will show all of the pages that contain the word.

Select the page name from the list and click the Go To Page button. This will open the page in your publication and close this dialog box.

Click on the Close button if you do not want to open a new page, this will close the dialog box.

Note:
The Publication Search dialog will only appear when a user triggers a Publication Search action in the publication.
