The Publication Search action allows you to open the Publication Search dialog box. This dialog contains a list of all the words Indexed in your publication. The user can then search for a word or phrase in your publication and quickly go to the page on which this word or phrase appears.
Note:
There are two methods of creating an Index of words (see Creating an Index for more information).
Setting up the Publication Search action:
1. Add the Publication Search action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. There are no additional settings for this option.
2. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.
