You can delete objects from a tween simply by selecting them and pressing the delete key. If you want to remove them rather than delete you can select them in the Organiser and drag them elsewhere in the list of page objects.
If you simply want to hide the object for a certain number of frames you can use the Hide Keyframe at the relevant frame.
