There are a few management tools contained in the Components menu at the top of the Opus Editor, these are:
Consolidate – describes how to create a Resource folder in which all resources you have used in your gallery are kept.
Purge – removes resources from the Gallery Resource folder when the component using them is removed from the Component Gallery.
Check Resources – check if any resources are missing from your gallery.
Change Data Paths – how to remap your Gallery Resource folder from one location to another on your system.
The same tools appear in the Publication menu at the top of the Opus Editor and perform the same function for resources in your publication – these tools are described in the resources section of this help file.
