The Animation Wizard allows you to select an object on a page and then apply one of the following types of animation effects to it:
| Bounce | This animation will cause the object to move around the page and bounce off the sides. |
| Follow Path | This animation will cause the object to follow a selected Animation Path that you have previously drawn on the page. |
| Fades | This animation will cause the object to fade in or out on the screen depending on which fade type you select. |
| Rotation | This animation will cause the object to spin and rotate in different directions and shapes depending on which rotation type you select. |
| Scales | This animation will cause the object to scale up or down from its original size depending on which scale type you select. |
| Special Effects | This option contains a variety of special animation effects that can be applied to an object. |
Click on the Tools menu, then select the Animation Wizard option. This will open the Animation Wizard dialog box.
Click on the name of the object you want to animate on the current page, and then click the Next button to go to the second page of the wizard.
Note:
A preview window appears on this page so you can view a thumbnail version of the object selected. If a tick appears in the Preview option the thumbnail is displayed, otherwise the preview window will be blank.
Select the category of animation you want from the list on the second page of the wizard, and then click the Next button to go to the third page of the wizard.
Note:
The animation categories available to you are Bounce, Follow Path, Fades, Rotation, Scales and Special Effects.
The third page of the wizard contains a list of animation options for the category you selected along with various control options. Select one of the animation options, then fill in the control options, then click on the Next button to open the final page of the wizard.

Click the Finish button on the final page of the wizard to add the animation to the object. This will close the wizard window. Preview your page to see how the animation effect you have chosen works.
