Align Skew

One or more objects can be aligned to the same horizontal or vertical skew as a skewed object on a page, using the Align Skew option in the Arrange menu.

To align skew:

  1. Click on the skewed object you want to align other objects with. A bounding box will surround the object. The first object selected is the primary object, in other words, the one to which all other objects will be aligned.

  2. Hold down the Shift key and click on all of the objects you want to align to the first selected object. These objects are the secondary objects. Notice that a bounding box appears around each secondary object – this bounding box has a thinner dotted line surrounding the object than the primary object.

  3. Click on the Arrange menu and point to the Align Skew option, then click on the Horizontal or Vertical option.

  4. The secondary objects will automatically be aligned to the same skew as the primary object once you have selected an option.
