The Stop Clock action is used to stop a specified clock in a publication – the current clock time will remain displayed in the variable and on screen.
Note:
Once a clock has been stopped with this action it can only be started again using the Start Clock action. This action will reset the clock time to zero (0) and count up in second intervals. If you want to stop a clock and continue the clock time from its current position use the Pause Clock and Continue Clock actions.
1. Add the Stop Clock action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. The Stop Clock tab will automatically appear when you add the action.
2. Use the Clock option to identify the clock you want to stop. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Clock box to list all of the clocks you have added to the current publication.
3. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.
