Go to a Specific Frame Action

The Go to a Specific Frame action will go to the frame number for a MultiFrame object.

Note:
The Frames in a MultiFrame object can be given any name in the Organiser but Opus also assigns a number to each Frame in the MultiFrame. The top Frame in a MultiFrame object is numbered 1, the Frame below that is numbered 2, and so on. For example, if you have 5 Frames in a MultiFrame object, the numbers will run from 1 to 5 from top to bottom.

When you create a MultiFrame object you can set the Play Automatically option. This will automatically flip from frame to frame in order when the MultiFrame is displayed on the current page.

Setting up the Go to a Specific Frame action:

  1. Add the Go to a Specific Frame action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. The Go to a Specific Frame tab will automatically appear when you add the action.

  2. Click on the name of the MultiFrame object in the MultiFrame object list that you want to use with this action.

  3. In the Frame Number box add the number of the frame you want to display. Use the spin buttons to set the specific frame number.

  4. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.

Note:
Any On Hide transition effects that have been entered on an Object in the current frame will be run before the specified frame is displayed. Then, any On Show transition effects entered on an Object for the specified frame will be run.

Each time this action is triggered, it will move from the current frame in a MultiFrame to the specified frame without showing the other frames.
