Example of the highlighting in use

This can be used to indicate the current status of pages . For example, pages needing development could be coloured red, while completed pages could be coloured green.

These colours have no effect on the final publication – they are provided as an aid to the publication developer.

To set the Organiser highlighting for a publication, chapter or page

  1. Right click on the publication, chapter or page

  2. Select Organiser Colour from the popup menu

  3. Click on the down button and select a colour from the drop down colour well.

  4. Click OK to apply the change

To reset the Organiser highlighting for a publication, chapter or page

  1. Right click on the publication, chapter or page

  2. Select Organiser Colour from the popup menu

  3. Click on the Reset Colour To Default option.

  4. Click OK to apply the change

Note:
You will not see any immediate change as the affected object is currently selected and the tree view selection colour overrides the object highlight colour. Changing the selected object will reveal the chosen colour.
