This QuickBuild function allows you to automatically insert dummy text into a text object. It will randomly generate text in faux Latin to will the paragraphs you require.
This function is useful for visualising your design and deciding on font sizes and styles before the final copy is available.
Choose Text from the QuickBuild menu
Select Insert dummy text from the flyout and the options dialog will appear.
Use the spin buttons to set the number of paragraphs you want to insert
Check the option to Start with Lorem ipsum dolor to set the first sentence to start in the traditional manner.
Check the Insert blank lines between paragraphs if you want the text formatted with blank lines after each paragraph.
Note:
Once inserted you can edit the text as you would any other piece of text.
