This option allows you to create an Object List from a list of objects that are currently hidden on the page. Each time this action’s trigger is activated, the next object in the list is displayed on screen. Once all the objects in the Object List have been displayed, activating this action’s trigger again can be set to move to a different page in the publication.
1. Add the Show In Turn action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. The Show In Turn tab will automatically appear when you add the action.
Note:
The Left Mouse Click trigger is often used for this action, although any trigger can be used.
2. At the top of the Show In Turn tab is the Object List. Click the checkbox beside each of the object names in the list that you want to display.
Note:
The Object List contains all the objects that are currently hidden on the page.
3. Alternatively, you could select another Object List by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the Name box. This will display all the other Object Lists created for this page.
4. The order in which the objects are displayed is the same as the objects position in the Object List. Select an object from the Object List, and then click on the Up or Down buttons to move an object up or down one position in the list.
Note:
Tick the Random order option if you want to show the objects in the list in a random order until it has finished showing all of the objects.
5. Click on the Change page when all done checkbox if you want a different page displayed when all the objects have been shown on screen. By default the Change to: field contains the <Forward>preset option. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Change to: box to select a different preset option or page name from the list.
6. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.
You can have more than one Object list for each page and each list could display different objects.
Each time you activate this action’s trigger, one object will be displayed from the list. The next time you press the action’s trigger, the next object from the list is displayed, and so on, until all objects have been displayed.
