This action allows you to grab a screenshot of your publication and save it to disk as a file.
Add the Save Screen as Image action to your trigger, as described in adding actions. The Save Screen as Image tab will automatically appear when you add the action.
You now simply set the location and filename you want the image saved to in the Filename box. You should specify the format you wish to save in by simply adding .PNG or .JPG to the end of the filename as required.
You can insert a variable to refer to the location or to set the filename from script by using the Insert Variable button.
Note:
Remember to take into account the possible variations in locations between your computer and the end user’s computer – use a system specific location by using a variable such as SYSTEM_PUBLICATION_DIR.
Click the Apply button to save your changes.
