Publish Details

When you publish your publication using the Publish Wizard, Opus keeps a report log of the process in the Publish Details dialog box so you can review the process to identify any problems. If you experience difficulties with your published publication, this will be the first place to look for clues.

The contents in the Publish Details dialog are marked by a series of symbols indicating the nature of the message:

image\Publlish_Wizard_Details_Icon_Info.jpg Simply informs you of what is happening.

image\Publlish_Wizard_Details_Icon_Warning.jpg Indicates a warning that shows that Opus found a problem during publishing but it will not affect the running of the publication.

image\Publlish_Wizard_Details_Icon_Error.jpg Indicates a serious problem. It does not prevent the publishing process from completing but there will be something wrong with your publication. This most commonly happens if the publishing process cannot find a resource file.

At the end of the report you are told when the published finished and the time taken to publish.
