Rollover tab

The Rollover tab in the Properties dialog box will only appear in the dialog for Rollover objects. This tab allows you to delete frames within the Rollover object that you do not want.

Note:
When you create a Rollover object, four frames are automatically created, they are: Default, Mouse Over, Mouse Pressed and Disabled. You can delete all frames except the Default frame from the Rollover object.

To edit the Rollover tab settings:

  1. Remove the tick in the Mouse Over option in the Additional States panel if you want to delete the Mouse Over frame from the Rollover object. By default, this option is selected, which means the frame will appear in the Rollover object.

  2. Remove the tick in the Mouse Press option in the Additional States panel if you want to delete the Mouse Pressed frame from the Rollover object. By default, this option is selected.

  3. Remove the tick in the Disabled option in the Additional States panel if you want to delete the Disabled frame from the Rollover object. By default, this option is selected.

  4. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.

Note:
You can have any combination of the additional state frames (described above) in a Rollover object, as you require.

An alternative method of creating different states for an object is the Object States panel in an object’s Properties dialog – see Explaining Object States for more information.
