Almost all the new features provided in this version are also supported by Flex and we have added support for several new functions which were not previously available such as printing.
However, the following features of Opus are not supported when publishing with Opus Flex. Most of these are options which are simply not appropriate to online publications or because Flash does not support bitmap alphas (for textures and transitions).
Some of the file access functions can be replaced using javascript in the HTML or using php and support for the Flash Shared Object helps with saving and reporting information. If you need to do something specific in this respect we offer custom extensions or consultancy either through our own development team or trusted third parties.
