You can assign a command key press to be required with any mouse click trigger by selecting them on this dialog.
The options available are
Shift – to specify a Shift + Click trigger
Ctrl – to specify a Ctrl+Click trigger
Alt – to specify an Alt+Click trigger
To select one or more modifier simply click on the checkbox so that it is ticked.
To cancel the selection click again so that it is no longer ticked.
