Support Email

When contacting Digital Workshop for technical support please use the option to Contact Technical Support via the Help menu in the program itself which automatically provides a lot of technical system details we need to know so your email can be dealt with more efficiently.

If your email program is not supported by this option you will need to email manually but please use the Copy System Information to Clipboard option from the Help menu first and then paste it into your email so we have all the details of your system which we require.

Support emails which include system informatiion can be dealt with more quickly than others. Please also note that common issues (particularly those caused by thrid party software are dealt with in Technical Troubleshooting). We ask you to review this section before contacting us.
