Cross-Compatibility

Both Opus and Creator are compatible with each other so you can exchange, expand and upgrade documents whenever you're ready without losing the time and money you've already invested. Obviously elements which are only available in Opus Pro will not be editable in Creator.

Education

Both Opus Creator and Opus Pro can be used to create interactive educational materials for all ages.

For pupils to use themselves we usually recommend Opus Creator for pupils age 11-16 and Opus Pro for older students and to cover OCR ICT Nationals, Cambridge Nationals, DiDA and equivalent qualifications especially where teaching computer science qualifications. You can print the action list created in both Creator and Pro to submit as part of A-level studies or publish to Flash for submission to examining boards. The Opus Reviewer can be used by staff who do not have a copy of Opus to review the publication material and add comments. The program is free.
