Please note: Online orders for upgrades are validated manually before providing a download link or shipping boxed product.  Please include a daytime phone number or email address so we can contact you if required.  Please allow up to 24 hours (72 hours during weekends or holidays) to get your download link (although we will aim to process it quicker than that during working hours) and 5 days for UK or 28 days for international shipping.

For upgrades which are not currently available online please contact sales and we can provide a download link once the sale has been processed.

Shipping and handling is charged extra depending on where you are and how you want your upgrade sent.

NOTE: UK and EC residents will be charged VAT unless we have a valid VAT exemption number.   Ordering in a currency which does not include VAT will not be processed and your order may be delayed as it will have to be calculated manually.
