PASSION INTO PROFIT

At FlyingZone publications Bryan Atkinson turned his passion for World War II aircraft into a profit. Using Opus 2.81 he created an interactive CD Rom publication exploring the Lancaster bomber. It proved so successful he has just launched the second, on the Spitfire Mk.V. Both publications feature technical details, archive footage and sound clips – reminding us there is nothing so glorious and distinctive as the sound of a Spitfire as it growls overhead.

Now the original Lancaster publication is set to become part of an interactive exhibition on Bomber Command at the Imperial War Museum North opening in May.
